My name is Phil Case. A Case for Coaching Ltd has evolved from my passion for helping people to reach their full potential. I am a certified coach and a trained facilitator based in Surrey. I work with private clients, whilst also building a corporate practice, and I offer career development and life coaching and training for individuals as well as teams.

I came to coaching from a senior business background, including at board level, having performed a global role for a major international bank at Managing Director level, and having built a successful consulting business segment within a Big 4 consultancy. For 10 years I was responsible for recruitment and development of my 100-strong team.
I am therefore well placed to understand, at first hand, the challenges inherent in navigating a corporate hierarchy and to coach on career and leadership development at all levels, from “emerging leaders” to board level.
