Given 30+ years working in sustainability in the financial services sector, this is my “technical sweet spot”. Courses delivered, for multiple clients, have included:

  • A four-day Climate in Action course for cohorts of c 60 people – both in person and online
  • A series of five 90-minute, online,      Modules covering;
    • ESG Issues - Foundation
    • Financial Services - Foundation
    • Private Equity - Introduction
    • ESG Due Diligence
    • ESG Services for Private Equity portfolio companies
  • Sustainability Assurance Readiness
  • Project Economics - a “101” session for consultants on options available to budget for, and manage, projects to optimise profitability

  • Presentation skills.

  • Training and Facilitation Skills (a "train the trainer" event, focused on      practical skills improvement. Two days, in person. Often repeated.  
  • Higher  Apprentices Development Day (a Higher Apprentice is a new joiner, so this  was about core consulting skills development. In person)
  • New to Senior Manager Day (what changes are expected on promotion? In person)
  • New to  Director Day (again, what changes are expected on promotion? In person)
  • In My Shoes (virtual - a focus on the DEI agenda)
  • Advanced  Negotiation (skills development - virtual)
